ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: ruby red with garnet hues.
Bouquet: intense and intriguing with evident notes of cherries and black cherries then balsamic hints combined with typically spicy ones (cinnamon, black pepper and cloves), tobacco and toasted notes at the bottom.
Taste: on the palate it is fresh, dry, savory and harmonious, velvety and enveloping, with a good, soft and balanced body with a light toasted aftertaste.
Recommended pairings: grilled pork steak pork loin with aromatic herbs spiced sausages excellent with game.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 ° C.
