Figs of the “dottato” variety are used, which reach maturity between August and September; for the almonds we choose the “pizzuta” variety which gives a crunchy touch to our jam. A sweet and aromatic jam that is characterized by the pleasant contrast between softness and crunchiness that makes it perfect to accompany aged cheeses with a strong personality.
