The variety of artichokes grown on the farm is the "Madrigale" which characterizes the flower heads with the purple color also inside of. It is a native variety that gives the product a hardness that new varieties are unable to guarantee. Particular in their taste, because only the heart of the artichokes is selected and unique in their shape as they are worked by the skilled hands of the ladies. Excellent as an appetizer, as a side dish and to accompany aperitifs. Harvested from early April to mid-May.
