Short skin maceration directly in the press and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature (18 ° C), subsequent short aging in steel before being bottled. Alcohol content 13% vol.

Intense, brilliant and luminous coral pink color. Captivating on the nose, with intense notes of fresh cherries, pomegranate, red apple, wild strawberries and raspberry, enriched with pleasant mineral puffs. Juicy and fresh on the palate, well structured, crunchy, savory, basically a lot of juicy acidity, long finish.

Seafood risotto, leek and prawn gnocchi, grilled salmon with parsley sauce, sushi. Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C.
