ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Taste: warm and soft on the palate with fine and rounded tannins. Beautiful persistence.
Recommended pairings: duck breast lacquered with honey and spices, chickpea soup, lamb in the oven and grilled meats in general.
