The oranges we use for the jam are from the “Navel” family with light pigments. It is an orange that ripens in early November and can remain on the tree until April except for frost. The best time for jam is January where the fruit reserves the best organoleptic qualities and delicate aromas. The best fruit is chosen accurately and meticulously for processing in order to make the product genuine. The processing takes place according to the dictates of the ancient Apulian tradition which allows it to maintain its organoleptic characteristics. It is suitable for delicious breakfasts, snacks and for multiple applications in pastry.
