Ruby red color with violet reflections. Pleasant tones of small red fruits and plum marry notes of black pepper and cocoa, violet and humus, undergrowth and hot stone. In the mouth it is dry, dry, fresh and spicy. Full body, juicy tannins and a fruity finish. Good persistence.
Lasagna with meat sauce, beef stew with mushrooms. Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
