Tocchi di Puglia Dried Tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Jar 280 grams
strictly organic, they are grown directly by the farm touches of Puglia.
Once harvested, they are left to dry in the Apulia sun and are turned daily to ensure that the sun can dry evenly. Every evening they are put to rest in a closed place to prevent humidity and dew from ruining the drying. In this way the smell and taste becomes even more intense and the color becomes a burnished red. By expert hands they are placed in a jar with extra virgin olive oil, without any addition of preservatives and dyes. Tocchi di Puglia is an organic farm located in the western Ionian arc of Puglia.
